Question about setting programable thermostat. Heating/cooling cycles per hour?

I am getting ready to install a honeywell programmable thermostat. One of the settings is “Cooling cycles per hour and Heating cycles per hour”. I dont know what to enter for this.

We have a Bryant geothermal heat pump. Any advice?
