Edison Opto has developed high/low bay LED modules that are energy efficient with long life in comparison to traditional light sources used in high bay fixture. LED high bay saves 50%-75% in power consumption. The 50 watt EDIS low bay module is specified to replace 250 watt traditional low bay fixture, while the 100 watt EDIS is equivalent to 400 watt high bay fixture.

Three-Dozen Windmills Blow Renewable Energy to Calvert
On May 4, three-dozen windmills in southern Pennsylvania started blowing electricity to Calvert Countians who pay their utility bills to the Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative. That’s 30,000 households, including everybody in the county except citizens of Chesapeake Beach and North Beach.
